About

The job of External Affairs is to maintain and seek Alliances with and between respective agencies while ensuring the protection of the Secret Service from external threats. EA upholds the Alliance Agreement and works alongside alliances (via networking and building relations with allied members) to better share sorely needed information that could be valuable and otherwise often confidential.

Director - In charge of all the day to day operations within the External Affairs. This includes seeking alliances, ensuring the smoothness of everyday communications between allies, managing the National Punishment list, assigning representatives, and dealing with other external threats towards the Secret Service.
Midgars
Deputy Director - Second in charge of all day to day operations within the External Affairs. This includes but is not limited to; assisting the Director with internal EA operations, managing the National Punishment list, ensuring smooth communication with allies, recruitment, assigning representatives, and representing the Director upon his absence.

Assistant Director - Third in charge of all day to day operations within the External Affairs. This includes but is not limited to assistance of decision making at the leadership level, management of the External Affairs department and all of its duties, ensuring smooth communication with allies, and recruitment.

  • Dealing with allied queries and reports

    • Representatives

    Visits the agency they are assigned to frequently, makes sure the communication between SS assigned agencies is fluent and all the issues are dealt with immediately. Plans events for SS and the assigned agencies and makes sure the EA-teams of both agencies meets frequently. Helps with base population in assigned alliances.

    Requirements to Join

  • Must be Executive Cabinet division or above
