What is the pay system?

The Secret Service currently distributes pay fairly to our employees by using a daily pay system. Every day pay is hosted at 9AM EST and 9PM EST (twice daily).

It is 1-5c, and paid twice daily at 9 am EST/10 am EDT and 9 pm EST/10 pm EST. http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html

Payban is when you leave the base too early after collecting pay. Stay until 10AM/10PM EST (1 hour after pay starts) to avoid payban.

Some members of Internal Investigations Unit (INV) are on payban duty every pay.

It might be because you have not met online time requirements. You may check out the Pay Policy to see how many minutes of online time you need. You might also have been paybanned, which means you can’t take pay until the next 24 hours. You can look to see if you’ve been paybanned at tiny.cc/INVPB.

If you’re Trainer or LA division, make sure to train at least 5 in your division, to get promoted to the next rank. If you’re HR and above, make sure you have already met requirements by training at least 1 recruit, and promoting enough, depending on your division. You may check out the Promotion Policy to see the requirements you need for each division in order to be promoted into a new division. If you have already met it, head to the help desk and ask a higher rank to observe you.

Since boards is used for logging promotions, trainings, discipline etc., the earliest you can have an account is once you reach Trainer division. This is when you will start logging trainings, so an account is needed.

Once you are Trainer+, you are required to create a board account to log all trainings and soon, promotions under. Visit the link: tiny.cc/habbossagency . Once you are here, in the top right corner press Join Us. Enter your information, and for the “Your Name:”, make sure to enter your habbo username. Fill out the rest of the fields, then once submitted, request a @Web Admin on discord under #loggingsite-request channel to accept the account.

Above News and under the Habbo Secret Service banner, there is a navigation bar with blue and white colored links that say the log type. Press on the respective link to get to the all the recently added logs. Scroll down until you see the Quick Reply, then enter the corresponding details required and hit submit. The log will then show up in the list!

    • Always make sure the boards name matches the habbo username. First go to Profile, and under the Summary tab press Edit Profile. Navigate to the Personal tab, and the first field should be display name. Change this to your habbo username, then press Save Personal Settings.

    To search for logs by the log creator, first go on the respective log list. Under Add Log in the top right corner, it should say Search.... Instead of entering the information in the search bar, press on the magnifying glass to the right of the search bar. Pressing this will show a list of filters you can add in the search, one being Post Created by. Press this one, then enter the username of the log creator, and press Done.

    Forums is offered to all Security+ members.

    To get to our SS forums, enter http://www.habboss.org in the address bar or Click Here

    Forums is not required, but highly recommended for Security+ to keep up with the latest SS news and information. Although, once you join units, a forums account is needed, since most of the tasks and information is only on forums.

    Visit the link: https://habboss.org to get to the forums. Enter your habbo name into the Name field, then press No, create an account now. Fill in the rest of the details, then once you submit, request a @Forum MOD on discord under #forum-request channel to accept the forum account.

    You are permitted to wear your own clothing when you reach the unit of Legal Affairs, Security+ can also optionally change the color of the uniform. On DuW (Dress Up Weekend) you can wear your own clothing, as long as it is appropriate and follows the Code of Conduct.

    You may use capital letters in base, as long as it is not spammed and overused.

    Colored chat is not allowed in base unless you're Room Control (black chat only), Senior Staff (MOD+), or during training and tours.

    You’re allowed to write things at the end of your motto when you reach the LA division.

    Speak to a member of The Conflict Resolution Unit, who are responsible for handling any types of in-base conflict within the Secret Service. From conflict with other members to helping and supporting in dealing with difficult situations to solving in-base arguments, problems, bullying, and etc.

    EUs (Exclusive Units), ADs (Administrative Departments), and non-units/programs are groups of teams that help run the SS behind the scenes. You can look more into the EUs/ADs under the ‘Unit’ tab at the top right.

    • Job openings for any and all teams will be announced on the forums and the SS discord server, as well as announced in base.

    You can look up the names of the people who lead each unit on the SS forums (http://www.habboss.org) under ‘General’ -> ‘General Discussion’ -> ‘[SS] EU/AD & Non Unit Overseer List’.

    A LOA is a Leave of Absence, meaning that you need to take time away from Habbo for various reasons. You can apply for a LOA if you are Security+ (meaning you don’t want to lose your badges) at tiny.cc/ssleave and our LOA Editors team will get back to you. If you are any rank below Room Control (Leadership division), you must request a LOA for at least 14 days, and anyone Room Control or above must request a LOA for at least 7 days.

    You must wait at least 1 month (30 days) between your last ended LOA and requesting for a new one.

    If you lost your badges, you can request to be reinstated by filling out the form at tiny.cc/SSRF. It may take a few days to hear something back, so do be patient. You can also check for your Habbo username/results at tiny.cc/SSreinstated (‘Awaiting Reinstatement’ in orange means accepted, and red means denied).

    This is our newest Points System, where you can earn credits or HC by working in stations in base. When you get teleported to the executive teleport in base, you go through it and end up in the points room to collect your point. You may read more about this and the steps to collect your point at tiny.cc/SSPRS.
