The Event Planners unit is responsible for managing and creating games or events that are open to Secret Service employees, allies and sometimes even the public. Events range from formal to just plain fun, as well as the fact it’s promoting the Secret Service to the general masses. This include in-base games which include the likes of stab games, fridge races, higher or lower and many other exciting games Event Planners also host out-of-base games as well as collaborating with other agencies to host games during special occasions. We also host forum games with attractive credit prizes. Event Planners unit are also in charged of the Event Calendar, that consolidates what events/meetings are happening.

The EP Overseer is in charge of overseeing events and making sure that the events are completed on time. He is also in charge in helping out members with their tasks if needed.

The EP Leader is in charge of helping the overseer. In the absence of the overseer, the EP leader immediately takes over as temporary overseer. He/She is also in charge of assigning tasks each month.

The EP Control is in charge of disciplining members who cannot help with a task or does not notify the leadership beforehand. He/She is also in charge of keeping the members in check to make sure they are active.
Principles
Events Planners are all about planning, organizing, leading and controlling events.
Ensuring the SS workers to enjoy their moments in SS is the main aim of this unit.
Helping to reduce the gaps between Lower Ranks and High Ranks+ is one aim of this unit, "communication is the key".
Members are to do the works together as teamwork is the key to success.
EP Builder
Event Builders build rooms for games or events for the usage of SS members and the general public. They are working behind-the-scenes to ensure that there are games readily available on a monthly basis and make sure these games are working properly with proper wiring and functional designs so that there won’t be any issues during the day when the game is being hosted. They test games out with the EP Progressors in charge of hosting the event.
EP Progressor
Event Progressors acts as hosts for the games or events that are run in Secret Service itself for the workers and also out-of-base games for both SS personnel and the general public. Event Progressors ensure that these games are runned and operated smoothly without any hitches in the process. They will also guide people on the rules and regulations before any game has officially started and resolve any conflicts or issues that had happened during the game and remove any trolls or idlers that try to disrupt or inhibit the progression of the game itself.
EP Publicist
Event Publicists post monthly articles consisting of events that will be hosted and played by the SS staff and the general public to make more members more aware of what is currently going on. They are also in charge of posting recaps about our events to keep people updated on how these happenings are giving impact to our Secret Service career/journey. They also host forum games that everyone can participate on with a variety of exclusive games where they will be in charge instead of the progressors. They set criteria and competition mechanics that participants should take not of in order to win credit prizes.
Requirements to Join
Must be High Rank division and above
HR+ can sign up to join the Event Planners team. If there is any need for more builders/publicists/progressors to join, the link for applying will be posted in the job openings chat in discord or spread in base. The application forms will be looked through and successful applicants would be contacted immediately for further correspondence.
