About

Internal Affairs is an Administrative Department inside of SS that deals with those wishing to transfer to our agency. The IA team is responsible for calculating correct offers and giving transfer information to those looking into joining our family. They must be presentable as they may be some of the first people spoken to when wanting to join the SS.

Rainelia
The Director of IA is is in charge of making sure Internal Affairs runs smoothly. This person ensures the whole IA team is doing their job, but their main focus is on the regular members. The Director keeps up with the transfer amounts and creates ratios, and makes sure we're taking enough transfers in for IA to be worth it.
Vacant
The Deputy Director of IA is responsible for the trial members as well as the experienced transferers. They assign the trial members to an ET, who helps them with IA. The Leader then, throughout the month, observes the trial members progress with the ET's guidance. The Leader also helps the overseer with day-to-day tasks.
Vacant
The Asst. Deputy Director of IA ensures the unit is active and running at its finest. They are responsible for making sure activity checks, and warning letters are distributed accordingly. They keep the unit updated with the latest information. They help keep track of the transfers someone has, and sends the information to the Director who processes it.

    They guide the trial members in any and every way possible. They ensure success in the trial members and teach and mentor them into being a fantastic and successful IA member. They have exceptional mentoring, hospitality, and transferring skills.

    IA Member

    They are responsible for getting new members into the SS. They have decent transferring skills, as well as proper grammar, some of the many things needed to attract members.

    Trial Member

    They are learning under the guidance of the ETs. By the end of their trial they are expected to be able to do transfers independently with little to no mess ups. They are taught transferring, grammar, hospitality, and many more useful skills.

    Applications to IA open every few months allowing new members to have a chance at joining the AD. The requirement to join is you must be E.Cab+ however, at BOD-EL you are able to apply ONLY if you have got permission from a member of IA leadership. The application is a set of questions laid out on google forms. There is no interview process so make sure that the form showcases your abilities.
